Delete Your Account

Foremann is a business texting and calling app for tradespeople, operated by Minium LLC. This page explains how to delete your Foremann account, exactly what data is removed, and the few things we're required to keep.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Delete your account from the app

  1. Open Foremann and sign in.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore the account afterwards.

2. If you can't sign in

Email privacy@foremann.app from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with. We'll verify that you own the account and delete it within 30 days.

3. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

  • Your profile: name, email address, personal phone number, time zone, and your sign-in credentials.
  • Your business profile: business name, trade, service area, pricing notes, availability, and tone preferences.
  • Your client records: every customer name, phone number, address, note, and contact photo you saved.
  • Your message history: the full body of every text sent to and from your business number, along with all photos and file attachments.
  • Your call history: call logs, voicemails, call recordings, and transcripts. Recording audio is deleted from our storage and from our telephony provider.
  • AI content: every draft reply, follow-up, and summary generated for your account.
  • Text-messaging consent records: opt-in and opt-out events recorded for your clients.
  • Push notification tokens for every device you signed in on.

At the same time, your subscription is cancelled so you are not billed again, and your Foremann business phone number is released.

4. Your business phone number can't be recovered

Once released, your business number returns to the carrier's pool and may be reassigned to someone else. If you want to keep that number, port it to another carrier before you delete your account. We can't retrieve it afterwards.

5. What we keep, and for how long

  • Encrypted backups: deleted data may persist in our encrypted backups for up to 30 additional days before rotating out. Backups are used only for disaster recovery and are never used to restore a deleted account.
  • Billing records: our payment processor (Stripe) retains invoice and transaction records as required by tax and accounting law. These contain your billing history, not your messages or client data.
  • Carrier records: our telephony provider (Twilio) keeps its own message and call logs to meet telecom record-keeping requirements, on their retention schedule.

6. Deleting some data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can delete an individual conversation, which removes its messages and attachments. Deleted messages are held for a 30-day grace period and are then permanently purged. You can also delete individual client records and their notes.
